What You'll Do
As a key member of our IT department, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring our systems run like clockwork.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server environments, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Design, implement, and oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS, including VPCs, EC2, and S3 buckets.
- Configure and troubleshoot complex network issues, including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
- Develop and automate deployment pipelines using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
- Lead server migrations and conduct regular system audits and capacity planning.
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and mentor junior system administrators.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in System Administration or DevOps engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Linux and Windows Server administration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet).
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 critical environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
