Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise server infrastructure, including Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Implement and oversee Active Directory (AD) domains, group policies, and user account management.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and manage cloud resources on AWS and Azure.
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex hardware and software issues across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration and Linux system management.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
