Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows Server environments
- Manage AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
- Oversee network security protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier-3 support for enterprise systems and user issues
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Document system configurations and create disaster recovery plans
Qualifications
- 5+ years of system administration experience with Linux/Windows
- Expert-level knowledge of AWS/Azure services (EC2, S3, AD, etc.)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+ or AWS SysOps Administrator
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with enterprise networking (Cisco, Palo Alto)
- Strong background in ITIL and ITSM frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
