Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments
- Implement and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Oversee network security protocols and access controls
- Perform system backups, recovery, and disaster planning
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues with SLA adherence
- Document IT procedures and compliance standards
- Collaborate with DevOps on automation initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Windows Server and Linux administration
- CCNA or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Knowledge of Active Directory and DNS management
- Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
