Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Lead enterprise-level network security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and identity management
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible for operational efficiency
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios, Splunk, and SolarWinds
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Provide Tier-3 support resolution for complex system outages
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience with Windows Server and Linux
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud services and hybrid architecture integration
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent) required
- Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and scripting languages
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP enterprise implementations
- Experience with backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault) and storage area networks
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle high-pressure incidents
