Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Windows/Linux server environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure with IaC practices (Terraform/Ansible)
- Monitor and optimize network performance using Zabbix/Prometheus
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response protocols
- Automate operational workflows using Python/PowerShell scripting
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP enterprise-wide
- Collaborate with security teams on hardening and compliance (SOC2/HIPAA)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+ and RHEL/CentOS 8+
- Strong cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) certification required
- Advanced networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, VLANs, Firewalls)
- Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving with on-call rotation experience
