Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server environments (Windows Server and Linux).
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure, including VPNs and firewalls.
- Oversee system patching, updates, and hardware lifecycle management.
- Develop and execute disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and automation scripts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux (RHEL/CentOS).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash for automation.
- Valid CompTIA Security+ or higher certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
