Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server, Linux, and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Implement and maintain security protocols, including firewalls, encryption, and access controls
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and SolarWinds
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and business continuity procedures
- Automate deployment processes with Ansible and Terraform
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system issues
- Document IT infrastructure changes and procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of system administration experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+ and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- AWS certification (SAA-C03 or higher) required
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
