Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise Windows Server and Linux environments to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Configure and administer Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud resources.
- Implement and monitor robust security protocols, including firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.
- Oversee network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize bandwidth utilization.
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute regular automated data backups.
- Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to automate routine administrative tasks.
- Provide advanced technical support to end-users and mentor junior IT staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN technologies.
- Strong experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell preferred).
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong verbal communication.
