Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud/on-premise infrastructure
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
- Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise backup solutions
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and lead incident response for critical systems
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Document IT infrastructure and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid architectures
- Certifications (CompTIA Security+, MCSA, or Linux+) preferred
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
