Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows Server environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Manage AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
- Oversee network security protocols (Firewall, IDS/IPS) and compliance frameworks
- Automate system monitoring using Ansible and Zabbix
- Lead disaster recovery planning and quarterly testing
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex infrastructure issues
- Document SOPs and technical architecture diagrams
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Linux/Windows expertise
- Advanced certifications: AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or equivalent
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven incident management and root cause analysis skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
