Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize hybrid cloud infrastructure across AWS and on-premise environments
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute failover testing quarterly
- Automate provisioning using Terraform and Ansible for 500+ endpoints
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical infrastructure incidents
- Mentor junior administrators and document SOPs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Advanced VMware vSphere certification (VCP)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- CCNP or equivalent networking certification
- Proven track record in hybrid cloud migrations
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with monitoring tools (Splunk, Nagios)
