Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement robust security protocols and perform vulnerability assessments
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise backup solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT operations
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures
- Lead system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux administration
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Azure, or AWS preferred
- Strong experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization
- Proven network troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Python/Bash)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
