Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols (VPN/Firewalls)
- Implement disaster recovery plans and backup solutions with RTO/RPO compliance
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline automation
- Document SOPs and create technical training materials for junior staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud services
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent
- Experience with VMware vSphere and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and performance bottlenecks
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and security best practices
