Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server infrastructure and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN systems with zero-downtime operations
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and SolarWinds to prevent outages
- Execute disaster recovery plans and conduct regular security audits
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and PowerShell scripting
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system issues and document procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration with Windows/Linux environments
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid networking
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent
- Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and scripting languages
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex infrastructure challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
