Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and on-premise server environments
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise-grade security protocols
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and scalability
- Document system architecture, create disaster recovery plans, and conduct periodic audits
- Lead infrastructure migration projects while maintaining zero downtime
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Windows Server 2019+ and Linux administration
- Expertise with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or Microsoft Azure Administrator
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix) and log management (ELK stack)
- Scripting proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level security compliance (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
