You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our on-premise and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for all our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure including Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Implement and monitor network security protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Perform system troubleshooting, hardware repair, and software installations.
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the IT team to upgrade systems and implement new technologies.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to internal staff regarding network and hardware issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a System Administrator.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or AWS Certified are highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Active Directory, PowerShell, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
