Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise Windows Server environments and Linux distributions.
- Implement and maintain Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Ensure data backup integrity and disaster recovery procedures are current.
- Perform routine system updates, patch management, and security audits.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to internal staff and resolve escalated tickets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- CompTIA Security+ or higher certification is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
