Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux/Windows servers and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Implement robust security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage enterprise-level network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, and switches
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical system incidents with SLA-driven response
- Automate system administration tasks using Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and Splunk
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain comprehensive system diagrams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expert-level proficiency in Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server 2019+
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and IaaS/PaaS services
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/KVM) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with root cause analysis capabilities
