Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex Windows/Linux server environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid networking solutions
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise-level security protocols
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell/Python
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior IT staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+ and RHEL/CentOS
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure services and networking fundamentals
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent) required
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols and security tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
