Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, encryption, and access controls
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and PowerShell
- Monitor system performance with Nagios and Splunk dashboards
- Lead disaster recovery testing and incident response protocols
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document SOPs and create technical training materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMware, and container orchestration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Proven experience with hybrid cloud architectures
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
