Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows server environments
- Oversee network security protocols including firewalls and VPNs
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Monitor system performance with Nagios/Zabbix
- Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines
- Document infrastructure configurations and procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server 2019+
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- AWS/Azure certification (Solutions Architect preferred)
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proficient with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
