Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Linux/Windows Server environments across AWS and on-premises infrastructure
- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware/KVM) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Develop automation solutions using Python/Ansible to streamline operational workflows
- Monitor system performance with Zabbix/Prometheus and proactively resolve bottlenecks
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute regular failover testing
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in enterprise-level system administration (Linux/Windows Server)
- Advanced knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Load Balancing)
- Certifications required: AWS Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and infrastructure-as-code experience
- Proven experience with cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with complex distributed systems
- Ability to work in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
