Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain multi-platform environments (Linux/Windows/AWS)
- Lead cloud migration projects and optimize infrastructure scalability
- Manage security protocols, patching, and compliance frameworks
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system incidents and outages
- Automate workflows using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Document systems architecture and operational procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on infrastructure-as-code initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Linux/Windows Server and hybrid cloud architectures
- Certifications in AWS/Azure or CompTIA Server+
- Proficiency with scripting (Python/Bash) and automation tools
- Strong knowledge of network security best practices
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours for on-call rotations
