Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure across on-premise servers and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and identity management solutions.
- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure optimal server health.
- Implement and manage network security protocols, firewalls, and VPNs to protect sensitive data.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support software deployments and application migrations.
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu).
- Strong experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is highly preferred.
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell or Python.
- CompTIA Security+, Network+, or CCNA/CCNP certification is a plus.
