Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) environments
- Manage VMware vSphere clusters and AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Ansible for operational efficiency
- Oversee cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and SIEM monitoring
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system incidents
- Document SOPs and maintain configuration management databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 5+ years equivalent experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- VMware VCP certification or equivalent virtualization experience
- Strong knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
- Experience with backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault)
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP preferred
