Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across on-premises and AWS cloud
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform and PowerShell/Bash scripting
- Monitor system performance with Nagios/Zabbix and proactively resolve incidents
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute quarterly failover tests
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain compliance with ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and RHEL/CentOS administration
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, VLANs)
- Certification in AWS/Azure or CompTIA Server+ preferred
- Experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Proven incident response and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to work flexible hours for system maintenance windows
