Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and maintain on-premise and cloud-based servers (Windows Server, Linux/Ubuntu).
- Oversee Active Directory domain architecture, user management, and group policies.
- Implement and monitor security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Design and deploy automated scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Provide Tier 3-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Conduct regular system backups, disaster recovery testing, and performance tuning.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and runbooks.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IP networking.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- CompTIA Security+ or higher certification is preferred.
