Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware environments
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Oversee backup/recovery processes and disaster planning
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on infrastructure automation
- Document system configurations and create operational procedures
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in system administration
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
