Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure spanning AWS/Azure and on-premise data centers
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and network segmentation
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform and Ansible for 50+ production environments
- Lead disaster recovery testing with RTO/RPO targets of <15min/<1sec
- Optimize system performance using monitoring tools (Datadog/Prometheus) and capacity planning
- Mentor junior admins while documenting SOPs in Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering Windows Server 2019+ and RHEL 8+ environments
- Expertise in networking fundamentals (BGP, VPNs, firewalls) with Cisco/Juniper gear
- Proven experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
- Security certifications (CISSP, Security+) or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent military/certification pathway
- Scripting proficiency (Python/PowerShell) for automation tasks
