Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization environments
- Oversee network security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid cloud solutions
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for critical systems
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Document IT procedures and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in system administration with enterprise environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or Linux+) preferred
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
