Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain hybrid cloud/on-premise infrastructure including AWS, Azure, and VMware environments
- Implement security protocols and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring and capacity planning
- Lead disaster recovery initiatives with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Automate workflows using Python, Ansible, and PowerShell
- Document infrastructure changes and create technical runbooks
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Windows Server and Linux expertise
- Advanced certifications (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, CompTIA Security+)
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise networking (Cisco/Juniper)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
- Strong background in VMWare vSphere and hyper-converged infrastructure
