Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain 500+ Windows/Linux servers across on-premises and AWS/Azure environments
- Implement and automate infrastructure monitoring using Nagios/Zabbix
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing
- Optimize network performance with Cisco ASA/Firewall configurations
- Coordinate system patching and vulnerability remediation
- Document procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Mentor junior sysadmins and support cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMWare vSphere, and PowerShell/Bash scripting
- CCNA/CCNP or AWS/Azure certifications required
- Strong understanding of PCI-DSS/HIPAA compliance standards
- Experience with Ansible/Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Proven incident response and troubleshooting capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
