Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware and software.
- Manage local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks.
- Perform network security audits and implement firewalls.
- Document network diagrams, configurations, and changes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in network administration or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
