Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across 500+ endpoints
- Implement and monitor cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure platforms
- Oversee network security protocols including firewalls and VPNs
- Develop automation scripts for routine maintenance tasks
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and incident response
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and documentation
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in system administration with Windows/Linux expertise
- Active certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure preferred)
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Experience with VMware Hyper-V or vSphere
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking principles
- Ability to manage on-premises and hybrid cloud environments
