Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Windows/Linux server environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid network architectures
- Proactively monitor system health using Nagios/SolarWinds and optimize performance
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Develop automation scripts (Python/PowerShell) for operational efficiency
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and cybersecurity protocols
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior IT staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years in system administration with enterprise infrastructure experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent network certification required
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and IaaS/PaaS services
- Strong scripting abilities (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation
