Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement proactive security measures
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid networking solutions
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python for routine tasks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Create and maintain disaster recovery/business continuity plans
- Lead system upgrades and migrations with zero downtime
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere and cloud networking
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure services and automation tools
- Proven ability to document complex technical procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
