Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure hybrid cloud infrastructures (AWS/Azure)
- Proactively monitor system health using Nagios/SolarWinds
- Lead OS patching and vulnerability remediation across 500+ endpoints
- Automate workflows using Ansible/Terraform
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Onboard new systems and decommission legacy hardware
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server 2019+
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs)
- Cloud architecture experience (AWS/Azure certifications preferred)
- Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
