Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments and virtualization platforms
- Manage enterprise networks including firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid cloud deployments
- Ensure 99.9% system uptime through proactive monitoring and incident response
- Develop automation solutions using PowerShell/Python for operational efficiency
- Document IT processes and maintain compliance with security standards (ISO 27001)
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management
- Strong knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or equivalent
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and system issues
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and change management processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
