Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure with emphasis on cost optimization and security
- Oversee backup systems, disaster recovery plans, and compliance frameworks
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with development teams on DevOps automation using Ansible/Terraform
- Document IT procedures and conduct regular security audits
- Lead system upgrades and migrations with zero downtime
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux distributions
- Certifications in AWS/Azure and CompTIA Security+
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell/Bash
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven ability to manage hybrid cloud environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
