Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement automation solutions
- Execute disaster recovery planning and data backup procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business goals
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Windows/Linux system administration
- Expert knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid architectures
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, RHCSA) preferred
