Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level server infrastructure (Windows Server, Linux)
- Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure) including VPCs, IAM, and security groups
- Oversee backup/recovery systems with 99.9% uptime SLA compliance
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and Terraform
- Monitor system performance using Splunk and Nagios
- Lead security hardening and vulnerability remediation initiatives
- Document infrastructure architecture and SOPs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of system administration experience with Windows Server 2016+
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and scripting (Python/PowerShell)
- AWS/Azure certification (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer preferred)
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven incident response and disaster recovery coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
