- Automate system maintenance using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network and storage systems
- Document infrastructure changes using ITIL-compliant methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering enterprise-level Windows/Linux environments
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- AWS/Azure certification with hands-on S3, EC2, and VPC experience
- Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Python/Bash) for automation
