Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms (VMware), and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Implement robust security protocols and conduct regular vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers
- Automate system tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Provide Tier-3 support and lead incident resolution for critical systems
- Document IT procedures and maintain compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python)
- CCNA or equivalent network certification required
- Experience with cloud migration and hybrid architectures
- Proven track record in security hardening and compliance
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with root-cause analysis
