Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019 and Linux environments
- Implement and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with emphasis on security best practices
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN services across hybrid networks
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Conduct disaster recovery testing and ensure 99.9% system uptime
- Document SOPs, runbooks, and architecture diagrams
- Collaborate with development teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise-level system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) and automation tools
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Ability to work flexible hours for critical incident response
- Excellent problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis expertise
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
