Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and hybrid cloud environments
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
- Automate deployment processes using PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform
- Diagnose and resolve complex system outages with SLA-driven responsiveness
- Oversee backup/recovery systems and disaster recovery planning
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document system configurations and compliance reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Windows/Linux system administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Expertise in VMware, Hyper-V, and AWS/Azure cloud platforms
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Proven track record in infrastructure scaling projects
