Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and optimize Windows Server and Linux environments
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect organizational assets
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid system integrations
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system issues and user escalations
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell/Python/Bash scripting
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance with ITIL standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)
- Certification in CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Proven experience with cloud migration and disaster recovery planning
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
