Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure 99.9% uptime
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network configurations
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Automate deployment processes using PowerShell/Python and CI/CD pipelines
- Provide Level 3 technical support and document IT procedures
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience with Windows Server and Linux
- Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructure
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and automation tools
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale network environments
