We're urgently seeking a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to join our dynamic IT team in Memphis, TN. Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Implement security protocols, patch management, and disaster recovery solutions
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios/Zabbix and optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex technical issues and document procedures
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network infrastructure components
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration and Linux systems
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or equivalent required
- Expertise in virtualization, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud migration
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) and infrastructure-as-code experience
- Proven track record in enterprise security compliance (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
