Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and optimize Linux/Windows server environments
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Oversee network security protocols and incident response
- Automate system administration tasks using scripting (Python/PowerShell)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document IT systems and create disaster recovery plans
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex infrastructure issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of system administration experience in enterprise environments
- Expert knowledge of Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server
- Certifications (AWS/Azure, CCNA, or CompTIA Server+)
- Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/KVM) and containerization (Docker)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
